Terms of service
The terms you agree to when you use this site, book a table or buy from the store.
These terms cover using this website — booking a table, buying from the store, joining a league, taking lessons and holding a membership. Using the site means accepting them.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think somebody else has it. Anything done from your account is treated as done by you. Accounts with back-office access must use two-factor authentication.
You must be 18 or over to hold an account. A parent or guardian registers a child for the youth programme from their own account.
Table bookings
- Bookings are currently up to two hours, and the venue may extend that at the counter if the table is free.
- Cancel free up to the cancellation window shown on the booking screen. Inside that window the booking is held for you.
- Turn up within the grace period or the table may be released to somebody waiting.
- Table time is settled at the counter when you leave. Booking does not charge your card.
- Repeatedly booking and not turning up may cost you the ability to book online.
The store
Prices are in US dollars and include the taxes shown at checkout. We take payment when you order. If something is out of stock or priced wrongly we will tell you and refund you rather than fulfil at the wrong price.
Unused goods in their original condition may be returned; cues and equipment that have been chalked, played with or altered cannot. Refunds go back to the card that paid.
Memberships
Memberships renew automatically until cancelled, at the interval you chose. You can cancel at any time from your account; the membership then runs to the end of the period you have already paid for and does not renew. We do not refund part-periods unless the law requires it.
If a payment fails we will retry and email you. A membership that stays unpaid is suspended, and its benefits stop with it.
Leagues, lessons and events
Entry fees and lesson fees are payable in advance. Leagues run to their own published rules and the league administrator’s decision on a result is final. If we cancel a session or an event, you get a refund or a credit — your choice.
In the venue
- BYOB. Bring your own beverages. Local law applies and we may refuse service.
- No smoking or vaping anywhere indoors.
- Family friendly, all ages and skill levels welcome.
- Look after the equipment. Deliberate damage will be charged for.
- We can ask anyone to leave for behaviour that spoils the room for other people.
The livestream
A livestream subscription is for your own viewing. Do not rebroadcast, record or share the stream. Coverage depends on the event going ahead and on the internet behaving; we do not promise either.
What we do not promise
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we do not guarantee it is free of errors or never offline. Nothing here limits any right you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the site, and continuing to use it after that means accepting the new version.
